Inlet Life
Our inlets are the connections between our bays and oceans; but more importantly they are the entrances to our villages. For many years our inlets have provided food, shelter, and security to those of us who have worked, lived, and visited; and our inlets are our places for fun, solitude, and relaxation.
In the days of olde you might find inlet villages filled with buccaneers divvying up their booty and no landlubber would dare cross cutlasses with some of these scurvy dogs of the sea. Today, our inlet villages are filled with old salts, young adults and children with a love for the sea and the beautiful wildlife the inlets provide.
